When you apply as a Tasker, we collect information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, country, profession, and links you choose to share (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We also collect information generated as you use the platform, such as assessment results and task activity.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and manage your account, route you to relevant paid projects, evaluate your assessment submissions, process payouts, and communicate with you about your application and ongoing work. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & similar technologies

We share the minimum information necessary with AI lab clients you are matched to — typically your qualification status and work product, not your raw contact details. We use service providers (for example, hosting, authentication, and email delivery) who process data on our behalf under contract.

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
